HIRE REAL ESTATE AGENT FOR LAND AND PROPERTY PURCHASES

Thinking about buying, there is a STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS OF BUYING LAND AND BUILDING 

GATHERING YOUR DOCUMENTS 

• Copy of ID Card 
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Proof of Address
• Job letter
• 2 Professional References
• Purchasing through a mortgage, must have a pre-approval letter from the lending agency.
• Purchasing with cash (source of fund (example salary payment and bank statement), due diligence and compliance. 
• Provide any other documents as needed.

REGISTERING THE BUYER 

• Registering with Boyce Real Estate Ventures.
• The Buyer must inform the Real Estate Agent if he or she is registered with other Agent(s) or Agency or Agencies.  

FINDING THE RIGHT PROPERTY

• Real Estate Agent assist buyer with finding the right property.
• Letter from the Real Estate Agent to the Buyer with the Agent's purchasing conditions.
• The buyer informs their lending agency about the property they pre-approved for.

HIRE A VALUER (IF NECESSARY)

• A Valuer conducts a Valuation of the land or property to determine the selling price.  If you are getting a mortgage, the lending agency uses their own Valuer. 

HIRE AN ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW (IF NECESSARY)

• Seller 
• Buyer
• Lending institution (if getting a mortgage).
